【技術(shù)原理】

1.微波：可使細(xì)胞中極性物質(zhì)隨高頻微波場(chǎng)的震動(dòng)受到干擾和阻礙, 引起微生物細(xì)胞的蛋白質(zhì)、核酸等生物大分子受熱凝固或變性失活, 從而導(dǎo)致其突變或死亡。
