微波:可使細(xì)胞中極性物質(zhì)隨高頻微波場(chǎng)的震動(dòng)受到干擾和阻礙, 引起微生物細(xì)胞的蛋白質(zhì)、核酸等生物大分子受熱凝固或變性失活, 從而導(dǎo)致其突變或死亡。
紫外線:253.7nm紫外線通過照射微生物的DNA,使其發(fā)生光化學(xué)反應(yīng),從而變性失活,是目前公認(rèn)的最佳消毒光譜線。
