【技術原理】

1.特定波段（185nm）波段的紫外線使空氣中的氧分子產(chǎn)生游離態(tài)的氧，即活性氧。因游離氧所攜正負電子不平衡，所以需與氧分子結(jié)合，進而產(chǎn)生臭氧。

2.特定波段（253.7nm）的紫外線對惡臭氣體的分子鏈進行分解，將其大分子結(jié)構(gòu)打碎變成小分子結(jié)構(gòu)。

3.臭氧在微波的驅(qū)動下，運動速度加快，能快速的與廢氣結(jié)合，產(chǎn)生反應；另一部微波能直接打斷有機廢氣的長鏈，形成二氧化碳、水、氧氣等小分子物質(zhì)。
