【技術(shù)原理】
微波：可使細(xì)胞中極性物質(zhì)隨高頻微波場(chǎng)的擺動(dòng)受到干擾和阻礙, 引起微生物細(xì)胞的蛋白質(zhì)、核酸等生物大分子受熱凝固或變性失活, 從而導(dǎo)致其突變或死亡。
紫外線：253.7nm紫外線通過照射微生物的DNA，使其發(fā)生光化學(xué)反應(yīng)，從而變性失活，是目前公認(rèn)的最佳消毒光譜線。
臭氧( O3 )：微波激發(fā)的射線與空氣中的氧氣反應(yīng)生成的臭氧具有強(qiáng)氧化作用，可有效地殺滅細(xì)菌，臭氧的彌散性可彌補(bǔ)由于紫外線只沿直線傳播、消毒有死角的缺點(diǎn)。
