手搖發(fā)電機(jī)hand generator
A small power generation device driven by hand cranking. Its output power is generally below 70 watts for one person cranking the machine; and below 150 watts for two people cranking the machine. Hand-cranked generators are mostly used as DC power sources in radio communication equipment. They can be directly powered, float charged or charge batteries. In addition, they can also be used as power sources for movie projectors, electric soldering irons and lighting. Due to the special needs of radio communication equipment and the fact that they are often used in harsh environments such as the wild, hand-cranked generators are required to output stable and smooth DC voltage, minimize noise and radio interference, have reliable performance, strong structure, small size, light weight, easy to carry and carry, easy to use, simple to maintain, and have rainproof, moisture-proof, mildew-proof, salt spray-proof and other measures.
The hand-cranked generator consists of a machine head, a frame, a hand crank handle and a cable.
The machine head is the main component of the whole machine. It consists of a speed increase box, a generator, a voltage adjustment control part and a radio interference suppression device. When working, the machine is set up according to the diagram, the hand-cranked generator is connected to the radio station with a cable, and the hand crank is inserted into the crank shaft hole. The hand crank is driven by a person, and the generator rotor is driven to rotate through the speed box, thereby causing the relative movement of the armature winding and the magnetic field, generating an induced electromotive force. The voltage adjustment control part and the radio interference suppression device make the AC voltage rectified, filtered, and stabilized to become a stable and smooth DC voltage, while reducing noise and radio interference, and outputting it through the cable to ensure the good operation of the radio communication equipment. Its shell structure mainly assembles and fixes the various structural parts of the head into a whole, and has the functions of protection, shielding and heat dissipation.
