【技術(shù)原理】微波無極紫外燈系統(tǒng)

基于微波無極紫外燈系統(tǒng)設(shè)計研發(fā)，通過微波、紫外線和臭氧三位一體作用于處理物質(zhì)，利用UV光解、光催化、光氧化、光解VOCS和干擾細胞合成等方式，達到消毒殺菌和加快有機物分解，用于各種有毒、異味、惡臭、污染等氣體、液體的凈化處理。

1.微波：可使細胞中極性物質(zhì)隨高頻微波場的震動受到干擾和阻礙, 引起微生物細胞的蛋白質(zhì)、核酸等生物大分子受熱凝固或變性失活, 從而導致其突變或死亡。

2.紫外線：光譜為253.7nm的紫外線通過照射微生物的DNA，使其發(fā)生光化學反應，從而變性失活，是目前公認的最佳消毒光譜線。

3.臭氧( O3 )：微波激發(fā)光譜為185nm的射線與空氣中的氧氣反應生成的臭氧具有強氧化作用，是已知的最強氧化劑。對從烴到羧酸的種類眾多有機物都可分解，可有效地殺滅各種細菌病菌，臭氧的彌散性可彌補由于紫外線只沿直線傳播、消毒有死角的缺點。

固定燈管微波無極紫外光泵（JYM+）是基于I代電纜傳輸微波無極紫外光泵（JYM）系統(tǒng)設(shè)計開發(fā)。其燈管一頭加入了柔性防腐材料，能很好的連接經(jīng)過特殊設(shè)計接口的激勵器，并與之固定使用。可使燈管與激勵器之間形成密封效果，防止廢氣、廢水進入激勵器內(nèi)部。
